Our Strategy


1. CANDIDATE SCREENING FOR CLIENT PLACEMENTS

All candidates are either previously known to ASA Systems Technology Inc. (ASAST) or are screened via interview or telephone conference. Every candidate is advised of the client assignment and the skills required to complete the placement. The candidate and ASAST agree on the number of year's experience for each of the skills required, and use this as a guide to the strength of the candidate. The candidate's resume is used to help confirm the skills. ASAST will hold a history file on all consultants and use this as historical data. Once all skill levels are agreed the salary expectations are discussed.

2. TIMELY PLACEMENT SERVICE DELIVERY

All consultants are submitted with an up to date resume and candidate summary outlining the skills required from the order and the number of years experience against those skills. The desired salary expectations are also given. Candidates if required can be submitted via Courier, Fax, e-mail or delivered by hand. ASAST generally deliver candidates fully screened within 2 weeks of the order being issued. ASAST will not submit candidates without their prior approval. Under no circumstances will ASAST submit without the candidate’s knowledge. It is possible to deliver within 24 to 48 hours if the right candidate is available and was already interviewed for a similar position.

3. ENSURING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Every Client has attached an Account Manager from ASAST. It is his or her responsibility to ensure the client is satisfied with both the consultant's performance and ASAST’s. If there are any concerns then the Account Manager will deal with these in prompt professional manner. ASAST is used to the prompt delivery of consultants.

4. PLACEMENT STATISTICS

ASAST currently holds over 10,000 consultants / candidates in our database management system who are potentially waiting for assignment or re-assignment. We know many of our consultants and they keep us informed about the latest projects that they are working on and the applicable skills that they are using or developing.
